Prof. Ernesto Caffo is the President of the Foundation Child, the chair has a lifelong duration, or until a resignation of the President himself.
The Foundation is governed by a Scientific Committee and a Management Board.
The Scientific Committee has a decisional power over the Board, the financial and scientific activities of the Foundation.
The Board has administrative and financial powers and manage the Foundation activities following the directions of the Scientific Committee.
